Terms of sale
Last updated: 2 November 2026
Article 1 – Seller and purpose
These terms of sale govern sales made on the website muslimarmor.com by Tahir SALIM, sole trader (EI, micro-entreprise), trading under the name Muslim Armor, registered c/o LegalPlace, 60 rue François 1er, 75008 Paris, France (SIREN 795 380 369 – RCS Paris, EU VAT number FR95795380369). Contact: contact@muslimarmor.com.
Placing an order on the website implies full acceptance of these terms of sale, which are available at any time on the website.
Article 2 – Prices
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, or in the currency displayed when ordering. They do not include delivery costs, which are shown before the order is confirmed and detailed in our Shipping policy.
Products are invoiced at the price in force when the order is confirmed. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may apply: they are payable by the customer.
Article 3 – Ordering
The customer selects products, checks the cart, enters delivery details, chooses a delivery method and then confirms the order by paying. An order confirmation email is then sent.
Muslim Armor reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of an existing dispute with the customer, suspected fraud or a payment problem.
Article 4 – Payment
Payment is made online, securely, by bank card (Visa, Mastercard…), PayPal, Shop Pay or any other payment method offered at checkout. Payment is taken when the order is placed, and the order is confirmed once payment has been accepted.
Products remain the property of Muslim Armor until the price has been paid in full.
Article 5 – Availability
Products are offered while stocks last. If a product becomes unavailable after the order, the customer is informed by email and refunded in full within 14 days.
Article 6 – Delivery
Products are delivered to the address or pick-up point chosen by the customer, within the time indicated when ordering. Delivery methods, times and rates are detailed in our Shipping policy. The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer when they take physical possession of the products.
In the event of late delivery, the customer may terminate the contract under the conditions set out in Article L. 216-6 of the French Consumer Code; they are then refunded all sums paid, including delivery costs, within 14 days (Article L. 216-7 of the French Consumer Code).
If a parcel delivered to a pick-up point is not collected within the period set by the carrier, it is returned to us and the order is refunded, less a flat fee of €5.
Article 7 – Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without giving any reason. They simply need to inform Muslim Armor at contact@muslimarmor.com. This right also applies to items bought on sale.
Products must be returned within 14 days of this request, unworn (except for simply trying them on), unwashed and with their tags. Any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products may be deducted from the refund.
Return costs: in mainland France, returns are free for the first order; for subsequent orders, a flat fee of €5 is deducted from the refund. Outside France, return costs are payable by the customer, including for a first order. If a product is defective or we made a mistake, returns are always free.
The refund, including the initial delivery costs (up to the cost of the cheapest standard delivery method), is made within 14 days of the withdrawal request, using the same payment method as for the order. It may be withheld until the returned products have been received. More details in our Return and refund policy.
Article 8 – Legal guarantees
Legal guarantee of conformity. The customer has two years from delivery of the goods to obtain the application of the legal guarantee of conformity if a lack of conformity appears (Articles L. 217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code). During this period, the customer only needs to establish the existence of the lack of conformity, not when it appeared. They are entitled to have the goods brought into conformity by repair or replacement or, failing that, to a price reduction or termination of the contract. These remedies are free of charge for the customer.
Guarantee against hidden defects. The customer may also invoke the guarantee against hidden defects in the goods sold (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code), within two years of discovering the defect.
For any claim, please contact us at contact@muslimarmor.com.
Article 9 – Liability
Muslim Armor cannot be held liable for damage resulting from improper use of the products, or for inconveniences inherent in using the Internet (service interruption, external intrusion, viruses).
Article 10 – Personal data
The data collected is necessary to process orders and manage customer relations. It is processed in accordance with the GDPR and our Privacy policy. The customer has the right to access, rectify, erase and object, which they can exercise at contact@muslimarmor.com.
Article 11 – Archiving
Muslim Armor archives orders and invoices on a reliable and durable medium, in accordance with Article 1379 of the French Civil Code. The customer may access them on request.
Article 12 – Disputes and mediation
These terms of sale are governed by French law, without prejudice to the more protective mandatory provisions of the law of the consumer’s country of habitual residence. The language of the contract is French; this translation is provided for information purposes.
In the event of a dispute, the customer is invited to first contact customer service at contact@muslimarmor.com to seek an amicable solution. In accordance with Articles L. 612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge with a view to resolving the dispute amicably. Failing agreement, the dispute may be brought before the competent courts.
